160 kH/W on 3060 good?

Got my 3060 XC running with Core +10 (havent really moved that bit tbh) Mem +1100, PL 77% and I am getting ~21MH/s. My doubt is, is 160 kH/W efficiency good for a 3060? Im thinking on playing a bit with memory oc to 1400, pl to 74% and core to +200 but not sure if itd be the best. Any suggestions? Rocking latest W10 and using T-rex v0.21.6 on kawpow.
