best brand of gpu to buy?

I have an asus 3070, 2x zotac 3060 ti lhr, and a msi ventus 3x 3060 so far, looking to pick up a few more 3060 tis most likely. wondering what the best brand is as from experience the zotac 3060 tis are pretty bad, running at high temps and only 27-28 mhs. wondering what 3060 tis run at good temps with 30+ mhs what brand I should be looking for and maybe where to buy them. using them to mine ravencoin btw.
