Zotac Trinity OC RTX3080 Ti Mining Stats

Hey guys, I've just started mining Ravencoin yesterday. In fact, started the mining journey 2 days ago, 1st day was on Nicehash. Is this a typical result you'll get on mining Ravencoin with a Zotac 3080Ti? It seems that adjusting my Core Clock and Memory Clock up and down doesn't make any difference on hash rate or temps. I'm not sure if I'm been thermal throttled with Memory temp hovering around 96-100c. The only difference I can make is Power Limit, if I turn it to 100% then I'll get 50 Mh/s+, but then thermal went over the roof.
