Airflow question

Title sums it up. I have some computer/mining rigs in an APT with only an AC to cool things down. It does ok, on the hottest days it doesn't keep up really (Temps get to 75/76 degrees C in some of the gpus.

Anyway, the electricity bill makes it consume enough electricity to essentially count as a whole other rig. Which comes out to be about an extra 40/50 month or so.

If the outside Temps are 80+ degrees, does it still make sense to have a window fan unit blasting air? How should I setup the airflow in my APT (top floor, corner of building) to reduce my ac power intake? Would some fans trained on the computers help at all?
