Mining help needed

I have just built a new rig, with 6 nvidia gpus and 6 amd gpus, it refuses to boot with the amd gpus plugged in, i tried every possible combination of the gpus plugged in and it wont get pass the motherboard boot screen with one of the amd gpus plugged in, its a b250 mining expert, any tips?
