To those around during the 2018/2019 bear market: What were things like around here?

I just got into crypto in late 2020 and I've never experienced a true bear market. I'd love to hear about your experiences.

What was this sub like (sentiment, activity)? Were there a lot of people online or was it dead?

What did people typically talk about?

Did you constantly check your portfolios or did you just forget about crypto?

Did you ever think that we would get to where we are now?

To those that DCA'd and Hodl'd through the bear market, I commend you! It must have been so tough to see red and no gains for all those years. I'm glad its finally paid off.
