Rig crash Hynix memory 3060 TI LHR

Tried to add 2 msi ventus 3060TI LHR to my rig and it completely crashes and freezes in Hiveos. Had core 100 mem 1500 -2000 PL 130. It would run for 20 seconds at 2000 mem and a few mins at 1500 then for some reason my other cards (3080 and 70s). The hash rate on the other cards went to 10mh.

Anyone else struggling with these cards or have a fix? Have another week to be able to return them.
