RTX 2060 HsR

I have Gigabyte 6GB 2060, which right now sits on 14.7 HsR and draws 93 power(157 Kh/w) temp 57 OC are: CC + 130 MC + 1003 PL 80% Fan 72% It seems kind of low, tried many different OC but its like i cant get over 15 even if i increase the amount of power the card takes? Do i just need to accept the fact that is the card?
