Is Bitolax a real exchange, or a scam?

Within the last day I received a Discord message from Bitolax support claiming that they carried out a free giveaway and I won some Ethereum. They directed me to their website bitolax.com where I could sign up and claim it.

Has anyone heard of/used this cryptocurrency exchange before? I've been searching for any signs that it's legitimate or fake, but haven't come up with any real answer either way.

I'm wary of it being a scam, so am to do anything about it for now!
