An advice for M.2 to PCIe adapters.

Hi. Is there anyone, who uses M.2 to PCI-e adapters, for more GPU's? Do you had any problems? If not, what MB's you are usin'? Cause i want to start mine, i do way much research than I need, and in Brandon coin video he said, that he not recommends to use this type of PCI-e slot. I'm planing to use Z390 P. In Lithuania it costs 120€ and has 2x M.2 slots. If you also don't recommend me use those adapters, which MB you reccomend (about 100-150, for Intel CPU's)? Thanks for all of you <3
