Gigabyte rx 570 power limit

Hello fellow miners.

I have the following problem. I have a Gigabyte rx570 card whose power limit is limited to 90W at the factory. After increasing the power limit via msi afterburner or Radeon software, the graphics can reach 1150 core clock, but it happens that from time to time that hashrate drops to 10. And the reason is that the graphics starts working at 90W again. And that would take a few minutes and then the power would go back to the level where I raised the power limit. Any idea what I can do. Why is the power limit on a Gigabyte card so small?
