Ravencoin wallet question

So I have the official wallet on Android, and noticed my address changes.

I thought I had the same address so I kept note of the address along with my 12 pass words somewhere. But now when I click to receive to get the address to put into a new mining pool to accept payments, I got a different address.

So my question is – if I ever factory reset my phone, how do I restore my RVN wallet? If I download the app again, what is the process of restoring my wallet? And will it include all my addresses?
