How do DAO founders/creators earn profit?

Hey guys, recently I've been hearing about DAOs or otherwise known as Decentralised Autonomous Organizations more and more. I've read all about the amazing things they can do to automate businesses, etc. This made me wonder, let's say I were to start a DAO that for example, automates a ride-hailing service (e.g. a decentralised Uber), how will I profit from this?
