Newbie Ravencore wallet/T-rex config question

Total newbie here with some questions: Im using ravencore wallet and its been 12hrs since I mined but my wallet balance is still 0. How long does it usually take to show up on ravencore? If I get another address, will that override the previous one? Also since Im in Australia, im using rvn-au1.nanopool since sonar listed it as the best one with lowest latency but Im still getting ~300ms. Is this normal and does it affect the rate of mining?

Also just in case I stuffed it up, here's my .bat config:
