Mobile Wallets Supporting Sweeping Assets From Paper Wallets?

So, one of the use cases I think would be cool would be to have custom store tokens on gift cards, which would be paper wallets. I'm trying to figure out exactly how it would work, because I'd like to suggest it to some local game stores who issue store credit as prizes. They could use these paper wallets instead of hand written signed gift certificates.

However, I'm at a stumbling block. Are there any mobile wallets out there that will let you sweep assets from a paper wallet? I assumed the official RVN wallet supported this, but apparently not? Also, there doesn't appear to be a way to send assets from an address that uses a hardware wallet. Is that also correct?

I realize I could probably scan through dev posts and stuff, but I'm curious if anyone knows the status of these features and if they're in active development?
