Warning about using Exodus wallet

(RANT WARNING, sorry)

I've used Exodus Wallet for a while now and it been great but have just found out that its also very easy to loose all your crypto. I made sure to follow all there options and insuring to backup including the 12 word key. But after removing the app as I changed phone and trying to use the 12 word backup key to gain access again, I've not lost all my crypto. So if you new to crypto or have been mining ravencoin for a long time all Ill say is 1. don't reset /change phone when using exodus ,2. insure you backup all crypto and be prepared if anything goes wrong as the support team for exodus is laughable.

Sorry for the rant, just was a too happy about loosing everything plus been mining ravencoin for god knows how long and have now lost access to a all my crypto that I've mined. Also sorry mods if this breaks any rules or isnt allowed.
