Optimal miner and settings? 💯

Okay so I'm posting this because I can't seem to pass this mh/s. I set it so it's stable while generating the DAG and I did not want to adjust any settings after that in fear of anything crashing and then it going in the endless loop of corrupting the Dag.

Gtx 1080 ti getting 22.14 mh/s (200w)

Rtx 3070 getting 30.1 mh/s (160w)

I use Gminer on Windows. Sometimes I've use Trex but it seems to be the same. I've played with overclock, using msi afterburner, for days and feel as tho I have it set pretty comfortably since its the max stable setting I can get between power, mem, core, fan, etc. I've never messed with using .bat parameters for any OC either. I dont want to change OS or boot an OS from usb. What else can I do to get those few extra mh/s that every site, blog, post, video says these cards can get?? I'm looking for opinions on windows miners and maybe if you've found a good overclock.
