Unpopular opinion: people who don’t get NFTs, don’t get art.

I see so many people complain about crypto punks or other NFTs selling for millions, and not understanding why. This phenomenon is not new at all. One person will look at a cryptopunk and say, "this is just a jpeg, why spend so much money on it?" But think of it this way. The Mona Lisa is "just" a canvas with paint on it in the form of a woman. But many people would jump at the chance to buy it for millions of it were ever put up for sale. There is no difference. It is art that people value.
