2 Questions: How to transfer to my Binance Account / Has difficulty gone up “Alot”?

Hey.

The last couple of weeks i've had around 40 Mh/s earning rouhgly 70-80 RVN per day.

If I check my stats today im making roughly 25 rvn per day.
Pool is Flypool/Ethermine with T-rex Miner.

Also, how do I transfer my RVN to binance? I'm using Ravencore Wallet, and that part is figured out.
But when I go to binance it says that Deposits with RVN is "Sustained" or something like it.

Any ideas it greatly appreciated.
