Idea: RVN node that allows you to run a validator and pool liquidity for the network

So I dont know how possible this is so bear with me. But with bitcoin lightning you can set up a validator node kinda similar to a RVN node except its built with lots of programmability. I feel like RVN could take advantage of this kind of a system thats adjacent to the network. It could assist with transaction speed, privacy, or censorship issues with other networks that may or may not choose to trade with RVN coin. Obviously the current full rvn node already has tons of great features like this, but I think allowing community participation in running validator nodes with greater programmability would be a great addition to this network.
