How does Lido Staking deliver rewards?

I am using Lido staking for Eth 2.0 and I got sETH in return for my ETH from Lido.

I see that my ERC20 sETH tokens are increasing daily in etherscan / Ledger Live. However there are no transactions on the blockchain for these rewards.

How is this possible?
