Any tips to getting my 580 hash rate up? Free electricity

I’m running rx 580s on stock bios / settings at 1300mhz core 2000mhz memory, stock voltages and power states.

Only thing adjusted was fan speed, currently sitting at 58* @ 165w. This is by far better than any other pre made setting found in HiveOS

I’m mining at about 13.8 MH/s with TeamRedMiner. I’m curious if there’s anything I can do to increase my performance?

My situation gives me access to completely free power so everything is profit and power consumption isn’t a concern
