Layer-2 cross-chain protocol Switcheo TradeHub integrates with Cosmos-based wallet Keplr
The team of blockchain ecosystem Switcheo has announced that Switcheo TradeHub, a layer 2 cross-chain protocol now supports Keplr wallet — an interchain wallet for blockchains within the Cosmos ecosystem. Kepler provides a seamless login and secure connection to Switcheo TradeHub.
Built by Chainapsis specifically for the Cosmos-SDK, Keplr is a wallet designed for flexible and versatile account management within the Cosmos ecosystem.
As a browser extension wallet, connecting to Switcheo TradeHub using Keplr is more secure than using encrypted keys which requires copying and pasting keys.
Further, the Switcheo team is currently working on allowing users to migrate login methods that expose encrypted keys to the browser, to other secure connection methods through added wallet support.
Switcheo TradeHub + Keplr
With Switcheo’s support of the Inter-blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol; Keplr can also facilitate transfers and transactions between Switcheo TradeHub and other Cosmos-based protocols.
The Keplr wallet already supports various natively integrated protocols including Cosmos, Kava, Secret Network, Akash, Sifchain, and more. With Keplr, users can easily interact and access a number of protocols across different blockchain ecosystems.
