Asset Structure Help

Need some advice given the fictional scenario below:

There is a FARM with 3 FIELDS the can grow CORN, SOY, or WHEAT.

So if a person held the FARM/FIELD_2/CORN token, they would get an share of the profit from that crop.

The question is how should these assets be built? Which should be reissue-able, etc ?
