Gigabyte GA-B250M-D2V Mobo, Intel Pentium G4400 skylake dual core used in mining rig

Guys I have a spare pc lying around doing nothing , got my hands on a couple of GPUS also , so my doubt is can I use these parts to form a mining rig ?

Mobo – Gigabyte GA-B250M-D2V CPU – Intel Pentium G4400 skylake dual core processor

I also have a DDR3 4gb ram and 500gb harddisk , but it's not an SSD

So can any or all of these be used to make a mining rig ?
