Using A Wallet Synced On A USB Drive With A Fresh Install

So I recently had to reinstall windows and with that no longer have my Raven Core install that was configured to use a USB drive to sync the wallet. Now I have a fresh install of raven core and when I try to run it, it asks me to select a new directory and make a new one. I still have my entire old drive backed up with presumably all the necessary Raven Core files to still use the old wallet. I was wondering if someone could clue me in on what directories I need to copy over from my backup to be able to bring over the entire program so that I don't loose my wallet? Thanks in advance!
