Raven Apple Watch app

Does anyone use the Raven watch for Apple Watch? You can check your balance on there, which I think could be useful to quickly monitor my rigs, but it doesn’t seem to update often (if ever) and I was wondering if anyone knows how to get your balance to update. Even closing the app entirely doesn’t seem to fix it.
