3070ti hashrate too low?

I scoured the internet for the best overclocks and i tried many different ones. But for some reason i cant get past 35 M/H. The best OC was with +100 core, +1000 mem and 80 PL. Most people tell me they can get about 39-40 M/H on similar settings. What's wrong? (Im on windows and using afterburner)
