rvn vs dgb

digibyte is a proof of work crypto that seems like it has been around for freaking ever. the development team is volunteer non-profit with seemingly with zero 'business' structure. its only mineable with asics hardware and frankly, i'm not sure the benefit other than the crazy level of encryption… supposed to be uber secure. but even though it's been around since early 2014 and as far as i can tell has gone nowhere in terms of wide-scale adoption or development. currently it's sitting at 14,535,469,694 mined coin in circulation, the price is down 75% since ath, and it's unit price is currently less than rvn. yet it has a loyal, almost cult following.

rvn, on the other hand, is open source, seems to be poised for wide-spread adoption (gpu mineable/asic-resistant), has built-in inflation control (21 billion max supply with coin burned by creating assets), and is scalable with use case… unlimited asset development by anyone with ravencore wallet. and that's just the short list of benefits. rvn was introduced in early 2018, so is nearly a full 4 years younger than dgb, is down 77% from ath, but like i said, is currently priced higher than dgb.

all of this is to ask… with the halving coming in early 2022, and i know there are A LOT of variables, but what is the REALISTIC likelihood rvn will jump in price…

and what is the likelihood it simply follows the path of dgb… a great project with little direction?

what can we as the raven community (miners, buyers, traders, developers) do to push kawpow into the mainstream (ie. listing on coinbase)?
