RTX 3070 ti Zotac AMP Holo high memory temp.

Hi there, just bought rtx 3070 ti by zotac and wanted to use it on mining ravencoin. But as soon as open mining app, memory temp is going above 100 deg C even on standard clocks. Do i need to replace thermal pads? OEM pads are so bad or there is something to configure additionally for mining ? in most demanding games mem temp. keep at 90-92 deg C.
