Ledger electrum help

I have installed electrum wallet to hold ravencoin correctly I believe. I have sent a test transaction to electrum and in recieve queue it says unconfirmed while on exchange it says completed. Nothing is shown on history in electrum or under assets in electrum. Am I missing something, any tips would be appreciated. Very new to ravencoin and electrum any help would be appreciated.
