Is mining Ravencoin profitable with this setup?

Am new to mining and I have been using gminer on my laptop which has a gtx 1660 max q and I heard that you can overclock Nvidia GPUs with MSI Afterburner. What would be the most profitable clock and memory speeds? is mining with this setup is worth it? Also should I be solo mining or pool mining? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
