2 Gpus on 1 mobo Power Question

I’m currently mining eth but decided to switch to rvn.

Since rvn mining consumes more power . In this case 150w for each rtx 3060. My concerns are :

1) Is 1-8 pin cable enough for 1 card ? 2) My motherboard is x470 gaming plus max . It doesn’t have additional pcie power slot . Is it safe to use 2 gpus on this mobo ?( powering from 650w gold psu like in the picture ) . My real concern is , since pcie slots on mobo dont have additional power slots what if both gpus draw max power from pcie slots ( x8 each , assuming 75w max ) . Does pcie slots on mıtherboard can handle 150w combined from 2 cards ?
