Can’t change/set core clock on RX570 4GB… help?

Using TRM, using settings most commonly suggests in this sub. My issue is that my core clocks will not set to what i am attempting to lock it at (which is at 1150mhz) It will stay hovering in the 700-800 range, causing me to not get get anything above 9-10 mh/s.

Compute mode is on, memclock is set at 2000 and that sets no problem.

Any ideas?
