Mining Ravencoin on Two GTX 970s Lags Display?

I have a machine with two GTX 970s. I am using XMRig Cuda to mine Ravencoin. It lags the computer really badly (the display is frozen for seconds at a time) and I don't see any obvious way to decrease the utilization of the GPU.

Is there some way I can decrease the GPU utilization or is there some option I can specify to prevent the display from lagging?

This is what I'm using:

xmrig.exe --coin=RVN --url=rvn.2miners.com:6060 --user=<wallet address> --pass=x --no-cpu --cuda --cuda-devices=0,1
