How to best invest $5000 in stablecoins and earn interest?

I'm ETH holder so I'm no stranger to crypto. But I think (and please don't downvote me for this) that we may be at the beginning of the bear market. I don't want to repeat my experience of seeing the entirety of my portfolio decline by the day as I did 3 years ago. So are there any stablecoins with a good return rate? Basically, anything that beats the ridiculously low bank savings rates is a good option.
