Is the wallet full of cash hidden in my back pocket going to be illegal soon?

Guys, I’ve been reading lots of credible stories on the internet about proposals for private wallets to be made illegal. I’m concerned because not only do I own a private wallet full of cash, including several $20 bills, but I’m the only person who knows where that wallet is most of the time. Do you think I should replace the back pocket of all my pants with a clear piece of plastic so my wallet is always visible? Seeking advice. Thanks
