We started this freelance marketplace because we felt that other sites such as UpWork and Fiverr do not expose users to new payment methods and those sites charge ridiculous fees. Additionally, other cryptocurrency job services didn't support enough coins and were too difficult & are not easy enough for the average freelancer to use.
The goal of the project is to speed up cryptocurrency adoption and increase the liquidity of all the new coins/tokens out there by making cryptocurrency payments a realistic and viable option for freelancers. We are happy to say that being paid in cryptocurrency is as easy as creating a listing, setting a price, and choosing whether you would like to accept PayPal, cryptocurrency, or bank transfer.
We are hoping that with this approach, non-cryptocurrency users will be exposed to using cryptocurrency and being paid in cryptocurrency. And those who love cryptocurrency have told us that this approach is great for bringing cryptocurrency to mass adoption.
The site is completely free to use and we don't take any transaction fees. Payments can be carried out directly between users and workers using our messaging system. You can simply sign up, make a public profile, and create a listing for your services. Recruiters looking for a task to be completed can hire directly on site where funds are held on-site until the freelancer completes the project. Grindez is the LocalBitcoins or Paxful of cryptocurrency freelance sites. If you want cryptocurrency to succeed then bringing cryptocurrency to freelance sites should be just as important as supporting your favorite coins and projects. side note: I am working with multiple developers to bring even more features to the site, so keep an eye out for those new features coming this month.
