We need real usecases for Moons if we want to reach the Moon. Some ideas to further develop the Reddit Moon ecosystem

I love moons and i hold them without a doubt cause i love the idea.

But i feel like we require a use case for them if we want the moon cryptocurrency to actually moon in the future.

While the ATH was at around 12 cents according to some 17 according to others and even 46 cents as per coingecko as a user said in the comments (Holy Moons) which is insane, i think adding different uses to the moon ecosystem will be crucial in proper growth.

I heard some nice ideas here the last weeks and thought of some myself.

🌕1. Betting contracts with Moons (by /u ???) 🎲

The ability to create some type of smart contract in which moons are locked as part of a bet. Someone made a post about this after reading about that one bet 2 people made of 10K moons. The bet was related to price movements of NANO and LINK and the payment was made in pure trust between the two participants. But using a contract would make it easier for all to engage in these bets without worrying of not getting paid.

As per u/Avencent they proposed to use this idea for those polls we had spamming our feeds aome weeks ago. So instead of earnimg nothing you can bet moons and earn moons. Now that would make me happy about those polls.

🌕2. Yield farms🚜

Yield farms are all the hype and while i believe there is a liquidity pool for moons the amount of trades happening make it not worthwhile since we also earn 20% extra moons each distribution if we hodl in our vault. Yield farms are a nice way to earn passive income, it could also just be stacking instead of a yield farm, but i would like to put my moons to work

🌕3. NFT marketplace 🔮

With the recent Reddit NFTs selling for thousands of dollars it made me think an NFT marketplace on this sub or on reddit in which you can buy items with moons would be awesome. These items could be Avatar accesories or even awards to give to others. I know we have Reddit coins for awards and that but i dont like those, i like Moons instead.

🌕4. Moon Lottery🎰

Hear me out on this one. We make a pool of moons, say everyone who wants to participate has to enter 10 moons. Then the winner of the lottery draw gets all the moons in the pool. Once a month or so the draw is made or something like that. We can even do it in a way that the top 10 most drawn names win or something so its abit more spread out. So we have a first place draw for say 50 percent of total moons in lottery pool, fhen second place draw for 25 percent etc

🌕5. Jobs For Moons (by u/done8989 ) 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

I just saw a nice post about how there are more subs in which people ask other on reddit to do tasks and then they pay them. Well we can do the same but with moons. Basically offer jobs for which people get paid in moons, whether it be programming or coding or even to following others on twitter or whatever or using their referal in exchange for moons im just saying random things now but you get the idea.

 Those are some ideas for now. 

I might come up with more and edit them in. If you have another idea pleaee dont hesitate to comment we can add it and i will ofcourse add your username. If this post grows and gets visibility we might get somewhere.

Honestly i really think moons can be one of the most powerful community crypto tokens out there but in order to acjieve something like that we will need more usecases, ways to earn and lose them (part of the game). This will mean people might start buying more moons, more liqidity will be great for Moons.

No matter what i will be holding my moons proudly, but hopefully i can put them in use soon as well.
