RX 570 4gb memory tweak without flashing bios?

I'm currently mining ETC and using PhoenixMiner, which has support for command line, temporary memory timing tweak with -mt flag and -rxboost. I was wondering if something like that is possible with any other miner or 3rd party software so I can mine RVN? I dont want to mod my bios because i need my PC for CAD and SketchUp programs from time to time and they dont work with modded bios.
