3060 mining problem

I am trying to mine raven coin with my zotac 3060 oc 12gb ddr6 , I bought it a few weeks ago. I know I cant mine eth with full potential but I didn't know it applies also in raven coin. I tried to mine from direct pool and also in nicehash same result in both . 22mh max. can anyone help me to get min 40mh/s .
