Aussie exchange not able to receive RVN

I am a miner and an interested in the project and would like to hold some ravencoin, but my exchange Coinspot does not allow RVN to be received. I contacted them and they just said it is currently halted without giving more info. I found out 4 months ago you could send rvn to the exchange but then it was halted. Did something happen?

I am ready to just set up my own wallet but would like an avenue to be open if i need to sell some
