Electrum Raven and Nano X Ledger

I have just created a secure wallet using Electrum Raven into my Nano Ledger X.

It created an encrypted file that is stored in the PC that apparently only the ledger can read so you can have access to your wallet. At least that's what I think it is for.

That file, if it's lost, will I lose access to this wallet? Could I still have access to this wallet if I install the Electrum Raven in a new PC and don't have that file?
