Why does mining raven make my gpu so hot

I am mining with nicehash with a 6900XT LC asus card. But when my card starts using kawpow my card gets 10 degrees hotter and being really unstable.

I normally run at 50 degrees. Is there some overclocking or undervolting I can do so when nicehash start mining raven my rig doesn’t become an unstable mess?
