I want to issue a Ravencoin token
Basically, I want to issue a Ravencoin token using Raventrader.net
I want the business model to be as transparent as possible, and plan to file for a public LLC (with owner identities revealed) prior to issuing the token. I also plan to sell the token on Raventrader.net in exchange for Ravencoin and also be hard-capped and nonreissuable.
I want the Ravencoin collected in the asset-token wallet to be essentially staked, and off limits for sale until the company establishes a listing on a reputable exchange. If this fails, I would want all Ravencoin invested to be dispersed among stakeholders proportional to the amount of the token they hold. This would basically be a buy-back program.
Additionally, I would like the asset-token owner to be able to withdraw and sell a small percentage of the Raven collected each quarter (maybe 2.5%?) in exchange for Ravencoin mining hardware, which will be obligated to mine directly into the asset-token wallet, in hopes of buoying the value of the token long-term. I want this hardware purchased to also be considered part of value of the token, and if listing fails I would want the equipment sold and those profits added to the asset-token wallet prior to any buy-back occurring.
This is not a get-rich quick scam. I legitimately want to build something of value for stakeholders and Ravencoin network. I don't want to rip people off and I do not want to give people the impression I am trying to rip them off. If I make money I want the investors to make just as much or more.
I also want to assume full liability and guarantee investors their funds are not going to be manipulated or stolen, and if the company fails that funds will be returned. I'm drafting a whitepaper now and do no see any issues yet, but I wanted to reach out to this sub and check if anybody could forsee any issues I could potentially run into with the asset-token process, Raventrader.net, and also to see if there are any suggestions how I could add transparency and accountability to the process. Thanks for your help!
