Binance has been declared an Oooooooutlaw in Ontario

The article says that it's illegal for Binance to operate in Ontario, and that everyone in Ontario using Binance should cash out by Dec 31.

Ok, so right now I mine Ravencoin to my Binance Wallet and when I want to cash out I can convert to USDT and then send them to Crypto.com, which can do an etransfer to my bank. You can not transfer raven directly to crypto.com. Is there another exchange that I can mine directly to an exchange wallet that's legal in Ontario? Kraken maybe? I know that Coinbase famously does not list ravencoin. I understand that I can mine directly to my own wallet, but without an exchange to send the raven to, I'm kinda stuck. The only good news is I/we have six months to figure this out.
