Transfer eth from polygon to eth network

Hi,

I'm new to Ethereum mining. I have about 17 dollars worth of ethereum stuck waiting on gas fees. Rn, I mined about 10 dollars worth but it's in the polygon network. My metamask isn't swapping it to Ethereum main net so how do I proceed? I'm a noob rn and I'd like to learn.
