Ravencoin’s Fully-Diluted Market Cap vs Other Coins (Analysis & Thoughts)
The Fully Diluted Market Cap is the market cap if the max supply of all coins was released or in circulation. Fully-diluted market cap (FDMC) = current price x max supply. This is a more accurate way to look at what a coin is valued at.
Currently Ravencoin's FDMC is: $1,540,506,937

Right now the market is down and a lot of people are pumping their coins on different YouTube videos and Reddit pages and in comments as strong buys, not based on where the price is now, but on where they think it will be in the future. So they think the FDMC on their coin will go up against other FDMC's.
Right now Ravencoin is trading right around .0535.
Lets look at where prices are right now for a lot of coins and analyze, what if Ravencoin had the same fully diluted market cap as they have right now. This is something to consider not just for today, but what if it reaches it in say a few years from now. What would the price of Ravencoin have to be at to have that same FDMC as they have right now?
Bitcoin FDMC: $690,303,695,265
source: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitcoin
$690,303,695,265/$1,540,506,937= 448x Ravencoin
.0535 x 448=$23.968
Ravencoin would then have to be trading at $23.968 to have the same FDMC as Bitcoin right now. Lets look at some more.

I think this is interesting to look at for a number of reasons. To me it helps you determine if you think Ravencoin is undervalued or not compared to other blockchains or coins compared to what each are capable of. It also lets you factor in coins like Doge, that have no cap on the max supply. Doge allows for the mining and adding of endless coins and is not deflationary, unlike Ravencoin which has a fixed max supply of coins. Also many of these coins like Cardano do not have built in coin burning properties when you mint an asset like Ravencoin does which will over time raise the FDMC as less coins are in circulation.
According to this page, 15 million Ravencoins have been burned so far for example:
So it really just comes down to if you think Ravencoin could one day gain in popularity compared to where any of them are right now. Can Ravencoin have a larger community than any of them right now? Could Ravencoin accomplish more than they have accomplished right now one day? What if Ravencoin just matched their success and had something equally as successful created? You could openly see what they are doing and see if the same could be done for Ravencoin. These are just some thoughts to consider.
This is not financial advice but just some analysis I was looking at. Please let me know if I need to adjust any calculations, and please let me know your thoughts?
