Mine ETH get paid in RVN

I'm a newbie currently mining RVN and getting 16-20mh/s on my 2060. I read somewhere (probably here on reddit) about mining ETH on unmineable and getting paid in RVN.

Has anyone got any thoughts/experience in doing this? Is it better than mining RVN directly?
