How to exchange RVN?

I recently began mining RVN with one of my 4 GB GPU's and have started collecting in a hot wallet. But I am having trouble finding an exchange that will let me send RVN as a "deposit currency" and actually exchange it without very large fees. I would love to use Binance US, but they don't operate in my state.

What exchange do you use for RVN? Also, same question for FIRO if you can help with that as well?
